National STEAM Day is Wednesday, November 8th, and MBEF’s longstanding Community Partner, Chevron, is once again stepping up to support Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM) in our schools. Chevron is offering a 100% Match for all donations to the 2023-24 Annual Appeal that meet the ASK of $2,000 per student, on this date. Donate or Pledge at www.mbef.org/givetoday.
STEAM opportunities for learning at the elementary, middle and high school levels have been a significant priority for our Manhattan Beach community. The important foundational concepts of STEAM promote critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and ultimately prepare students to navigate and engage in a 21st century global society.
