Strategic Plan

MBEF’s Strategic Plan defines the organizational goals of both the Foundation and the Endowment. Developed collaboratively with broad input from the Boards of Directors and staff, the Plan reaffirms the Foundation’s mission, core values, and strategic priorities. It is reviewed regularly to ensure it remains relevant and effective in guiding MBEF’s long-term direction.
